運送方法

We reserve the ultimate right to amend the following terms concerning our services:

我們保留更改所有以下有關服務之最終權利:

1.

We need to verify payment before making delivery for any purchase.

付款必須經核實,始作送貨服務。

2.

In the event of typhoon signal No. 8 or above, Black Rain Storm warning being hoisted, we may not proceed any order on schedule, we will make arrangement with customers to re-arrange the delivery time.

如遇上送貨當日掛8號颱風或黑色暴雨警告,將暫停送貨服務,本公司將作另行安排。

3.

All deliveries will be made as per the information provided by customer, however, if the recipient is not available or reject the product, we shall still regard the transaction/delivery has been made and finished.

我們會依客人給予的資料如常送遞,但若無人簽收或拒收,我們均視此交易已完成。

4.

Once the order/payment was confirmed and approved, cancellation will not be accepted.

所有訂單一經核實,不能取消。

We reserve the right to substitute different flowers due to weather condition and seasonal availability. However, we shall inform and get approval from customer in case we need to change the main flower type, whereas for matching flowers, we shall change without informing the customer in case of availability problem, but we shall try every effort to maintain size, shape, and overall colour scheme of an arrangement.

As for baskets/ containers and decorations shown in photos are available while stock lasts, and we reserve the right to substitute other suitable baskets/containers and decorations due to run of stocks without prior notice to customers.

如鮮花供應受到季節性影響而缺乏或因其他不能控制的原因引致花材供應緊張,短缺.本公司將會通知客人及得到客人之同意下更換訂購貨品的主花.但襯花的更換則不會事先通知.另外圖片中之花盆,藍子或配飾用品,如遇缺貨時,將適當之容器,配飾用品代替。

6.

Orders must be placed at least 24 hours prior to customer's requested delivery date.

請提前至少一天訂購。
